Refund policy

RETURNS

We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will honor returns within 14 days of delivery. 

The customer is responsible for returning item to our workshop in unused, brand new condition. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the original shipping fees.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at: fibergrainstudios@gmail.com

As with returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
